All business PROCESSES must aim for one goal: to satisfy the company's end customer. Therefore it is necessary to guarantee fluid, effective and productive work flows, avoiding that the various company functions tend their own "garden" but always with sharing and collaboration in mind.
APPROACH
Proceeding with an analysis of all the company processes, the roles covered by the individual professional figures and the tools in use, an enhancement project is developed to obtain benefits, starting from the reduction of waste, from the improvement of professional, human and production performances.

Born in 1971 in Lunigiana, for over twenty years I worked for important multinational corporations, among the largest in the world, such as Boeing Company (US).
Over the years I have gained a lot of experience, starting my career mainly in "operational" roles, and then growing to follow the "managerial" part. This allowed me to acquire a more complete and clear vision of the world of work, and to perceive the business needs on several levels.
During my professional career I have always worked with commitment and dedication, developing excellent relational, organizational and technical skills, which have allowed me to increase my professionalism, together with my innate curiosity in understanding things and then improving them, to make them simpler and functional.
Keeping this in mind, I have decided not to disperse the knowledge acquired over many years, but to make it available. So today I choose this path that allows me to offer services in support of companies and to remain an active part in my professionalism.
